Invictus Mind is an offline-first application.
The App does not require accounts, does not provide login, and does not use a backend server to store your personal app content.

The App stores the following data locally on your device (using device local storage):
- Journal entries
- Daily Reset progress
- Planner tasks and completion status
- Exercise completion status and progress
- Story Mode XP / level and related progress
- Selected preferences (e.g., gender selection)
- Local reminder settings (if enabled by you)

We do not receive, collect, or have access to this locally stored data.

3) WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT
We do not collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your contacts
- Photos or voice recordings from the App (the App does not upload such data to us)
- Payment details (any purchases happen via external platforms, if applicable)

4) REMINDERS & NOTIFICATIONS
If the App provides reminders, they are device-based and configured by you.
The App does not send remote push notifications from our servers.

5) EXTERNAL LINKS
The App may contain links to external platforms (for example, content pages or stores).
Any interaction outside the App is governed by the third party’s own terms and privacy policy.
We are not responsible for third-party data collection or transactions.

6) CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Invictus Mind is intended for users aged 16 and older.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

7) DATA SECURITY
Because your data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on your device security settings.
We recommend using device-level security (PIN/biometrics) and keeping your OS updated.

Invictus Mind provides tools for:
- self-improvement
- habit and discipline building
- daily structure and routines
- journaling and self-reflection
- progress tracking and game-like experiences (Story Mode)

The App is not a medical device and does not provide:
- medical advice
- psychological therapy
- mental health treatment
- crisis or emergency support

If you experience a medical or psychological emergency, seek professional help immediately.

2) USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
- use the App lawfully and responsibly
- adapt exercises to your capability and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort
- not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App
- not misuse the App for unlawful purposes

3) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content within the App (including text, exercises, story content, layouts, graphics, and designs) is owned by Invictus Mind / P. M. Dros unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse App content without prior written permission.

4) DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The App is provided “as is” without warranties.
You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use or misuse of the App.
Invictus Mind provides educational and motivational content only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
